Reuben Jeffery III is the Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Rockefeller & Co.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 2010, Reuben was a Senior Adviser at the Center for Strategic & International Studies in Washington, D.C. and previously served seven years in the U.S. government in a variety of positions, including as Under Secretary of State for Economic, Energy and Agricultural Affairs and as Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He spent eighteen years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was Managing Partner of the firm’s Paris office and of its European Financial Institutions Group in London. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Reuben worked as a corporate attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
Reuben received an M.B.A./J.D. from Stanford University and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale College. He is currently a member of the President’s Council on International Activities at Yale University, a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a board member of the Financial Services Volunteer Corps, a non-executive director of Barclays PLC, an advisory board member of Tower Brook Capital Partners LLP and a member of the International Advisory Council of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

Before McKinsey, Austin worked in the strategy group at Staples and at Goodale Associates, a niche consulting firm focusing on non-profits.
Austin received an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in History from Yale College. He is a Director of the Provident Loan Society of New York, one of the oldest nonprofit lending organizations in America.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 2008, Jim was a Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of a hedge fund at Bear Stearns Asset Management. He joined the Investment Banking Department of Bear Stearns in 1997 and subsequently served in its Asset-Backed Investments Department, at Silverback Asset Management (an external hedge fund) and at Bear Stearns Asset Management. He previously worked at S.G. Warburg (a predecessor firm to UBS Investment Bank) from 1988 to 1997, in Tokyo, London and New York.

David P. Harris

David oversees the Investment Department in New York and is a member of the firm’s Senior Investment Committee. At Bernstein, he served in a number of roles, including as a senior portfolio manager and as head of the Wealth Management Group, which provided investment planning and asset allocation research and advice to clients. Most recently, he headed the Boston Office for the private client business. Ray previously spent twenty-four years at J.P. Morgan in corporate finance, M&A, and underwriting capacities in New York, London, and Tokyo.
Ray received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering/Computer Science with distinction from Northwestern University. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Richard Bayles
Richard Bayles is a Senior Portfolio Manager of Rockefeller & Co. and is responsible for the management of a concentrated global equity strategy, working closely with the equity analysts, trading and portfolio analytics and risk management teams in both the implementation and execution of this investment mandate.

Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Richard was most recently a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager with U.S. Trust Company, where for over 20 years he was responsible for over 45 individual client relationships as well as overseeing a mutual fund. Richard also spent three years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kenya, East Africa, teaching English and developing an adult education school, as well as curriculum materials.
Richard holds a B.A in English from Dartmouth College.
Ronan Burke

Ronan Burke is Director of Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations of Rockefeller & Co. He oversees all institutional business development functions, including plan sponsor and investment consultant calling programs and client relationship management.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 2011, Ronan served as the Head of North American Business for Allied Irish Bank Investment Managers, where he led sales programs in the U.S. focusing on global and international equity strategies. Ronan was previously a Managing Director in the Client Relations Group for Epoch Investment Partners where he developed and implemented a focused public fund sales effort for their U.S. equity strategies. He also worked as a Managing Director for Bear Stearns Asset Management and as an Executive Vice President and Director of Institutional Sales for Hartford Investment Management.
Ronan received a B.B.S. in Marketing from Dublin City University. He serves as an elected board member of the Connecticut Public Pension Forum.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 1987, Nancy worked for Webber & Doepke, a real estate investment company.
Nancy received an M.B.A. in Finance from Adelphi University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College. In 2005, she received an Honorary Degree from Saint Michael’s College. Nancy is a former trustee of Saint Michael’s College and currently serves as a member of the college's endowment fund investment committee. In addition, she chairs the investment committee of the Society of Saint Edmund, is a member of the finance committee of the Rockefeller Family Fund, and is a Trustee for the Cornelia Connelly Center, a middle school for girls on the lower east side of New York City.

Farha-Joyce Haboucha, CFA, is the Director of Sustainability & Impact Investing, a Senior Portfolio Manager and a Managing Director of Rockefeller & Co. Joyce manages the Sustainability & Impact Investing Strategy, which incorporates environmental, social and governmental criteria into the investment process.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 1997, Joyce worked for ten years as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Co-Director of Socially Responsive Investment Services at Neuberger Berman. She was previously with Manufacturers Hanover Trust as a Vice President and Group Head of the Personal Trust Investment, Private Banking and Securities Division and served at Union Trust Company as a Senior Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Manager of Research.
Joyce is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. She received a B.A. in Comparative Literature from Columbia University. She serves on the Board of the Carbon Disclosure Project USA, the Advisory Committee for the Socially Responsible Investment Fund of the Haas Business School at the University of California at Berkley, the Advisory Board of the Heron Foundation's Community Investment Index, and the International Corporate Governance Network Working Group on Non-Financial Reporting. Joyce is a former Chairman of the Social Venture Network and also served on the Investment Committee of the United Methodist Church, the board of FTSE4GOOD USA Advisory Committee and several non-profit organizations.

Mark Iannarelli, CFA is Director of Fixed Income of Rockefeller & Co.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Mark was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager with Wasmer, Schroeder & Company, a taxable and tax-exempt fixed income manager based in Naples, Florida. Before assuming that role, Mark was an Assistant Portfolio Manager with ING Investment Management, where he executed trading in taxable strategies and formulated portfolio strategy for municipal bond investment mandates.
Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder, and has a B.A. in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
John C. O’Hara, Jr.

John C. O’Hara, Jr. is a Senior Advisor and Managing Director of Rockefeller & Co. John focuses on strategic initiatives of the Company’s Asset Management Division.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 2011, John served as Chief Operating Officer of Franklin Street Partners, an independent wealth management firm based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. John previously worked as a Managing Director in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs, as well as of the Commodities Corporation, which was acquired by Goldman Sachs in 1997.
John received an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. John serves as a Trustee of the National Humanities Center, a board member of the Institute for the Arts & Humanities at UNC, as President of the Kenan-Flagler Business School Foundation and as a member of the Board of Governors of UNC Press.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 2008, Jim was a Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of a hedge fund at Bear Stearns Asset Management. He joined the Investment Banking Department of Bear Stearns in 1997 and subsequently served in its Asset-Backed Investments Department, at Silverback Asset Management (an external hedge fund) and at Bear Stearns Asset Management. He previously worked at S.G. Warburg (a predecessor firm to UBS Investment Bank) from 1988 to 1997, in Tokyo, London and New York.

Before joining WealthTrust, Mark was a partner and Chief Operating Officer for Homrich & Berg, Inc, where he was responsible for the direct management of client service, technology, operations and finance. Mark has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lydian Wealth Management and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Atlantic Trust Pell Rudman.

Susan Joura
Susan Joura is Vice President of Business Development at Rockit Solutions, LLC , a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co. She was responsible for Rockit’s Client Services Group for two years, before taking on the Business Development role.
